When will I receive my order?

After you receive your order confirmation via email, we will do our best to fulfill your order as soon as possible. Delivery will take place within 24 working Hours. To follow up on your delivery please contact our customer service desk directly via email with a copy of your order number on customerservice@aawfurniture.com or reach out to us on Phone 22261860. We’re available from 9:30 am to 9:30 pm – 7 days a week!

Is pick-up available?

Yes, a pick-up only entrance is available at Dhajeej store, 7 days a week! A customer service representative will contact you to communicate a pick-up date in advance. Please have your order number ready to collect your order.

What are your operation hours?

AL Dajeej Showroom: Sunday – Saturday: 9:00 am – 8:00 pm
La-Z-Boy Avenues: Sunday – Saturday: 09:00 am – 8:00 pm

We accept all major Credit Cards, Knet, Apple Pay, Tabby & Tamara.
